Ashdown Robin originates from the Ashdown forest, United Kingdom. It's a traditional based gin made for the middle aged man that would enjoy the high end beverage. Ashdown Robin was created from a group of hunters that would hunt the red chested robin for its unique medicine that can only be made from the liquid produced in the gall bladder of the tiny bird. In the 1800's it was quite popular to for these hunters to come together to drink the finest batch of gin. They would use local ingredients such as wild maple seed extract and juniper berries.

Ashdown Robin has a unique bottling process only found to be used in the Ashdown forest amongst these people. It involved rolling the vats from side to side for a perfect consistent taste and bold body.
